being a girl from chicago... i love me some biscuits & gravy. found this great recipe over at the curvy carrot for sage biscuits & gravy. made this a few times, and it's great everytime. I just use Earth Balance Butter & Almond Milk substitutions to make it vegan. very filling stuff. since I only cook for myself, I cut this recipe in half, and it creates 2 meals.
