Made this parmesan replacement. I think i'm in love? YES! It's really quite simple, and quite delicious. I got the recipe from Hipsterfood. 1 Cup Raw Almonds 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast 2 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Coarse Ground Pepper Put into a Ziploc Bag, and smash with a mallet until it's all the same consistently. Put in a jar and store in a fridge.
