avocado / jicama lime salad {raw vegan}




i eat salads almost every day for lunch, and they get boring if you don't switch it up!

today my salad is made of: lettuce / red onion / sliced tomatoes / 1.5 sliced avocado / handful of sliced jicama / juice of half a lime / 1/2 tbs olive oil / coarse black pepper / dash of sea salt

sides: baby carrots / strawberries
