- Juicer. Breville is a brand that is recommended by almost every juice fast website, but it was a bit too expensive for me, so I bought this Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor.
- 32 oz & 16 oz Bottles. Since you need to consume at least 64 - 96 oz of juice per day, and then 64 - 96 oz of water per day while on a juice fast, I recommend purchasing 32 oz (2 - 3 per day of juice) or 16 oz (4-6 per day of juice) to make it convenient to bring to work, or if you're just going somewhere that making juice isn't convenience. I have this brand in 16 oz & 32 oz, which are great quality water bottles, and durable. You can also buy Mason Jars, which are a great way to make batches of the juice, they should last around 72 hours after bottling them.
